All Equestrian enjoy riding or showing horses in some way, whether it be barrel racing, dressage, or show jumping, we all love our furry friends! Trail riding is one of my favorite ways to not only relax, but to have my lovely horse with me! My family, friends, and I enjoy trail riding all over the beautiful state of Pennsylvania! Today we rode the fantastic trails of Sand Springs!
The Trails.
The trails we rode were beautiful, enjoyable, and easy-riding. They are very well kept and taken care of. The trails are rustic, meaning they are not groomed snowmobile trails, but they are horse and hiking trails. They were not crowded or busy. Our horses absolutely loved them!
The Wildlife
The scenery is gorgeous and the wildlife is abundant. Many small and large animals can be seen on horseback including, squirrels, porcupines, deer, bunnies, and birds. The trails are alive with many beautiful plants, trees, and animals.
The Location.
Their is plenty of parking for all size horse trailers. You and your horse friends could take a day and enjoy the beautiful trails as a groups!
