SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
​
Because of the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
KMJ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged or Defective
1. Because of the nature of this product, We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

2. If you are unhappy with your purchase and you have not open the product, please let us know and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We will refund PRODUCT cost. WE DO NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST BILLED WITH THE ORDER AS WE HAVE PAYED THE SHIPPER FOR SHIPPING THE ORDER TO YOU.

5. All items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging and returned to KMJ at 1091 Youngs Road Linden, PA 17744

6. Custom sized products are not eligible for returns

7. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment

8. Orders over $250 are subject to a restocking fee of 10%
